Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS in standard padded envelopes or boxes. We operate on weekdays only. Our restock dates are essentially pre-order dates.
Processing time: [2-3 business days] We've grown rapidly as a company and as a very small business, we need time to process all orders as most treats are made to order. Once processing is complete, you'll receive an email with an updated shipping date.
Shipping time: [1-2 business days] Your tracking may take approx. 1-2 business days to update following notification of shipment. We ship Monday through Friday. More perishable items will always ship first. All snacks are made-to-order, and this time period ensures maximum freshness.
Delivery time: [1-3 business days ] Please note that once your order leaves our possession, we are only able to view your tracking link just as you are able to do. Packages take about 1-3 days (excluding Sundays & federal holidays) to arrive at the shipping address you provided.
